The Sentinel AI Incubator Program is designed to invest and support in new tech start up projects, by providing them with the tools and resources needed to succeed securely. All aimed at reducing risks for investors.

Program includes:

• Liquidity provision provided and locked
• Advisory services
• Full contract audit
• KYC
• Marketing and Networking support (such as, an opportunity to present your project at an investment talk on XSpaces with partners).

Sentinel AI mitigates risks through rigorous security audits, contract safety checks, liquidity locking mechanisms, and continuous implementation of updates to potential security threats.

SNT holders receive various benefits like allocations in new projects, revenue sharing, and access to exclusive channels. For example, holding 10,000,000 SNT grants you token airdrops from listed projects.

• 10,000,000 SNT: Project allocations and revenue sharing.
• 5,000,000 SNT: Share of transaction tax revenue.
• 2,000,000 SNT: Access to Smart AI Call Channel.
• 10,000 SNT: Access to Smart ETH Trending Channel.

There are 2 forms of Revenue Share:

• Transaction Tax: 1% transaction tax on SNT buys/sells.
• New Incubated Project Tax: 1% buy/sell tax goes to revenue share and back to $SNT treasury. (0,5% to holders as revenue share, and 0,5% is reinvested into Sentinel AI for growth, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem).

Firstly, completion of a detailed questionnaire to assess the team to see if they qualify for our investment and services. If they qualify, the below applies:

• KYC is not mandatory, but we suggest it for investors to gain trust and provide transparency
• Contract Deployment through $SNT: Ensuring contracts are secure.
• Liquidity provided: Locking liquidity for stability.
• Advisory: Expert guidance on strategy and execution.
• Marketing: Assistance in visibility and networking.

Allocations are tiered based on SNT holdings. For instance, holders of 10,000,000 $SNT per 0.1% allocations, vested for a week to control market entry. You can increase the allocations if you purchase another 10,000,000 $SNT. This tiered allocation system incentivizes long-term holding of SNT and provides early access to promising projects incubated by Sentinel AI. (0.1% airdrop for 10 million SNT and it goes up by 0.1% for every 10 million SNT tokens purchased)

These are exclusive channels offering real-time insights and trends in the crypto and DeFi space. Access is granted based on SNT holdings, providing members with strategic investment information.

While the program is selective, any promising DeFi project can apply. Selection is based on innovation, potential impact, outcome of questionnaire and alignment with Sentinel AI's security standards.

Sentinel AI conducts regular assessments. If a project shows significant risks or failure, it may be terminated to protect investors. However, the focus is on nurturing projects to success.

New projects are added on a rolling basis (every 2-3 weeks), depending on the quality of applications and the capacity to support them effectively.

Marketing & Networking support includes:

• Social media
• Community management
• Networking events to increase project visibility and credibility.
• KOLS
• Influencers

Sentinel AI typically covers costs related to security audits and initial liquidity. However, projects might contribute to marketing or other specific needs, depending on the agreement.

Any idea brought forth to Sentinel AI team in confidence will stay between Sentinel AI and the Incubator project until launch. If the project decides not to go ahead then $SNT will not use or disclose the ideas presented in confidence.

Early exits are possible but require mutual agreement, ensuring both the project and Sentinel AI benefit from the decision.
